Meet the Team
Christine Maddock
Founder/Owner/Therapist
My journey into this amazing field has been unconventional. For over a decade, I worked in the hospitality and financial industries as an accountant, consultant, and executive assistant. Returning from London, UK where I completed a post-graduate work/study program, I changed direction and graduated in 2016 from the Finger Lakes School of Massage in 2022. I earned my Masters in Human Services Counseling with a Coaching concentration.
My massage style is a unique blend of various modalities to include Craniosacral therapy, Active Release, Neuromuscular Therapy and Myofascial Realease.
In my free time, you can find me with my messianic community, at martial arts, in nature, or at home with my ginger tabby Elizabeth.
To learn more about my approach to massage watch the welcome video at the bottom of this page.

Dana Moats
Founder/Owner/Therapist
My introduction to massage was after a diagnosis of degenerative disk disease at the age of 17. The experience of pain relief along with many other benefits was all I needed to know that I wanted to share the power of healing touch with others and set forth on a career in therapeutic massage.
I graduated from Haywood Community College in 2012 with my Associates Degree in Applied Science-Therapeutic Massage. Over the years, I have studied several modalities including neuromuscular, myofascial release, craniosacral, etc.
My massage style is an integrated blend of swedish and deep tissue techniques. I tailor each session based on the clients needs to ensure an effective but relaxing mind and body experience.

Kim Forman
Massage Therapist
Kim Forman, a former massage instructor, has been a practicing massage therapist for 20 years, with a wide range of experience, from spa treatments to clinical massage.
She is trained in deep tissue, Swedish, Thai, hot stones, heated bamboo, shiatsu, guasha, cupping, positional release, active engagement, reiki, and many more modalities.
What does all of this mean? It means she has a lot of tools in her pocket and will use whichever ones feel like the best fit for your individual needs.
She firmly believes in empowering her clients to take part in their well-being and loves taking the time to talk about the potential root causes of particular issues and how to mitigate them.
She is also a strong advocate for the power of self-care and would like to encourage you to make it a priority.

After discovering the Great benefits of massage on my own injured neck, I was excited to learn more about the relief and healing I felt.
I graduated from the Center for Massage and
Natural Health of Asheville NC, in 2015, becoming a licensed massage therapist.
Allow me to work with you, in either a therapeutic or relaxing massage fashion. Trigger point, target pain, neuromuscular, thai, Swedish, lymphatic, or pregnancy massages are all one click away. Along with identifying and modifying possible repetitive postural and positional issues that may be causing a potential problem.
Ongoing pain, discomfort, and stress can rob your energy and enthusiasm for life. Massage can give the balance and peace that your mind and body seek.

Grace Wilkins
Massage Therapist
My initial draw to bodywork began in my early adolescence after a consistent struggle with migraines and other mysterious ailments. After going to some of the top specialists in the country, I was still left in chronic pain while trying to navigate my teenage years. After my mother brought me to a massage therapist, in an attempt to relieve my pain, I was instantly hooked.
I quickly understood the power of touch and how it is a cornerstone for sustainable healing. I graduated from Arizona School of Integrative Studies in 2017 and have been deeply passionate about learning as much as I can within the realm of bodywork and pain management ever since. I’ve completed extensive training in Somatic Therapy and Craniosacral Therapy, among a variety of other modalities.
This education has given me a strong understanding of the nervous system and how to best customize each individual client’s session. I am so excited to bring my passion to Blue Ridge Massage and Bodywork, and work closely with the Waynesville and Haywood County community. License # 18582

Evana Class
Massage Therapist
I began my journey as a massage therapist in 2010 shortly after graduating high school. I quickly found joy in assisting people in having lasting relief from long term or chronic pain.
The modalities I focus on include myofascial massage, trigger point, medically focused massage (post-surgical and scar-tissue), deep tissue, and sports massage.
While some clients can find these techniques intense, almost all have reported long lasting results of pain relief and/or increased mobility. I encourage communication with clients in all sessions to ensure that they are relaxed and progress is being made. My goal is to ensure client comfort and therapeutic care in every session.
Some fun facts about me: I love to bake, try new foods, and hike trails. I also study different languages and cultures which include Brazilian Portuguese, Japanese, and Hebrew. I hope to travel a little more every year! License # 22196
